    I wish I would have found this site a lot sooner! I have been with the company for a year, but my sponsor has changed a lot since I have joined due to her “rising up the ladder” so to speak…am I still able to change sponsors?

    I placed my order 12/27 & cannot get a person to answer the phone at customer service. There is no tracking number, no ship date, nothing. How does someone get answers to their questions if you can never get anyone to help? I should have paid attention to the negative reviews regarding the shipping issues with plexus. Plexus has had my money for over a week but I have nothing to show for it. I’m very disappointed.

      Hi Lisa,

      There was a major system change towards the end of last year that did put them behind. They are telling customers to allow 7-10 days to receive the product. This has historically been 5-7 days and shipping has been top priority since the system change, so I would expect it to get back on track soon. I apologize for the inconvenience, if you still haven’t received your product, contact them here cs@plexusworldwide.com as there could have been some sort of problem. This is a great company, don’t give into the negative reviews just yet.

    I ordered a shipment on January 5, and there is still not tracking number posted on January 14. Money has already been taken out of my account, and I have received nothing. Is this normal?

      Plexus is telling customers to expect shipping to take 7-10 days, this will get better as all of the bugs are worked out of the new system.
